Created to provide a "home away from home" experience, our house offers everything you need for both short-term and long-term stays. Two cozy bedrooms, along with an office featuring a futon, provide ample sleeping space for your comfort.

The main floor boasts an inviting open concept living room, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with loved ones.

Descend to the basement, where you'll find a fully equipped gym, complete with a sauna, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine. Additionally, a convenient laundry room is available for your use.

Step outside to our backyard oasis, featuring two spacious patios where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The yard offers a generous size, providing a perfect setting for various outdoor activities.

House Rules

Children are always welcome! However, there are no special amenities for children. No smoking in apt ($250); Lost keys ($100); Failing to recycle ($25) (Recycling guide will be posted in the apartment); Party in apt ($250). Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a termination of the rental without a refund.

Pet policy:

Only small dogs are allowed., no more than 2 dogs per stay.
Pet is limited up to 35 pounds.
Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet.
