The Space

This charming one bedroom apartment is equipped with in-suite laundry and AC - perfect for staying in the summer months! This space is extremely clean and modern, with a queen bed in the bedroom and lots of closet space.

There are two entries to the apartment (one from inside the building and the other from directly outside) which makes it easily accessible.

House Rules

Children are always welcome! However, there are no special amenities for children. No smoking in apt ($250); Lost keys ($100); Failing to recycle ($25) (Recycling guide will be posted in the apartment); Party in apt ($250). Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a termination of the rental without a refund.

Pet policy:

Only cats are allowed.
No more than 2 cats per stay.
Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet.
